This 30min practice includes energising breath kriyas and some mantra work. The practice cultivates strength, focus, clarity and deep presence. It is both stimulating and grounding so it is suggested to practice in the morning and carry the high vibes with you throughout the day.

This is a 30min Himalayan breath set with mantra meditation. The practice is gentle and calming. A great one for stabilising the nervous system and bringing about a sense of inner peace and presence. Can be practiced any time of day, but also great to do in the evening before bed.

You certainly can! The videos are recorded without music, but you may like to play your own music in another app on your computer or on a separate device. Spotify links are provided with each video for a suggested playlist.

Daily if possible! Try to commit to atleast one practice a day. You might choose one to do as a daily personal sadhana. It is possible to feel an instant shift in your energy when practicing Kriya, but the ability to sustain this shift comes through consistent practice. Try commiting to atleast 21 days of consistent practice
