Illumination — Day Retreat Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

Your place at Illumination is confirmed once full payment has been received. Your booking is personal to you and secures your place at the retreat.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, cancellations received 10 or more days before the retreat are eligible for a refund, less a $50 administration fee.

Cancellations received fewer than 10 days before the retreat are non-refundable, unless you are able to find another person to take your place. Any replacement participant must be arranged with Vibe High with Di prior to the retreat and must agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If a replacement participant is arranged, the original participant is responsible for coordinating any payment directly with the replacement participant. Vibe High is not responsible for any private payment arrangements between participants.

Retreat Changes & Cancellation

Vibe High reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat program, schedule, activities or facilitators where necessary. Every effort will be made to preserve the overall experience and intention of the retreat.

In the unlikely event that Vibe High needs to cancel the retreat, participants will receive a full refund of their retreat payment. Vibe High is not responsible for any additional personal expenses incurred in relation to attending the retreat, including travel, accommodation or other costs.

Participation & Personal Responsibility

Illumination includes physical movement, yoga, breathwork, meditation, sauna and cold-water immersion. By booking, you acknowledge that participation in these activities is voluntary and that you are responsible for listening to your body and making choices appropriate for your own wellbeing.

You agree to inform Vibe High of any relevant health considerations, injuries, limitations, allergies or other circumstances that may affect your participation.

You may choose not to participate in any activity at any time.

Ice Bath & Sauna

Cold-water immersion and sauna involve inherent risks. You acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and agree to follow all instructions provided by facilitators.

If you are unsure whether cold-water immersion, sauna, yoga, breathwork or any other activity is appropriate for you, you should seek advice from your healthcare professional before attending.

Food & Dietary Requirements

Please provide accurate information about any dietary requirements, food allergies or intolerances when completing your retreat registration.

While every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate dietary requirements that have been communicated in advance, Vibe High cannot guarantee an environment completely free from allergens.

Photography & Video

Photography and/or video may be taken during the retreat for personal memories and, where appropriate, Vibe High promotional purposes.

Your participation in promotional photography or video is optional. If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please let us know before or during the retreat and we will make reasonable efforts to respect your preference.

Respect & Conduct

Illumination is intended to be a safe, welcoming and respectful space for everyone.

Participants are expected to treat other guests, facilitators, staff and the retreat venue with respect. Vibe High reserves the right to ask a participant to leave the retreat if their behaviour is considered unsafe, inappropriate or disruptive. In such circumstances, no refund will be provided.

Agreement

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by them.
